Technical departments
About half of our employees work in technical departments, mainly in our production and warehouse. This is where primarily packaging technicians, machine and system operators and specialists for storage logistics work together to ensure a smooth production process.
Commercial departments
A second, large part of our employees works in the administration, which includes various other departments. The largest commercial area is our sales unit. Our employees here work in the interior and exterior sales force; some of the latter employees travel all over the world.

Natural science departments
The research and development department at our company and its corresponding quality assurance are a special feature of our company. Every day, chemists and chemistry lab technicians test raw materials and our end products here to ensure top quality and – sometimes directly with customers – develop new products.
