Comprehensive training

We want to integrate our trainees in our company as full-fledged members from the first moment – this gives them the perfect start to their education. For that reason, no matter whether it is in the technical, natural science or commercial area, every training includes a complete cycle through our company, which familiarizes our trainees with all of our departments. Then our trainees in administration understand the production processes and those in the production and warehouse get to know office work.

Events and exchanges

We also organize events for our trainees, such as shared meals or company tours. With our sister company BRANOfilter, we organize an exchange of our trainees working in production. This makes it possible for everyone to get an insight into operations at another production company and gain exposure beyond our own premises.

Responsibility

Responsibility and autonomous work are also a matter of course for our trainees. Our quarterly employee magazine BRANOnews, for example, is organized by our trainees and distributed to all employees, just like the company tours for schools to our location in Lich.

Support

We support our trainees in their preparations for their exams with instructions at our company, thus ensuring successful training. Everyone benefits from our highly qualified instructors and the modern work environment. Our trainees also have discussions in meetings with each other and our training management and give each other support.

Application process

When you submit an application to us, you will get to know us before your first day of work. We have added an introductory day to our application process, on which you can meet us and your future colleagues.
